Description: This photo was transmitted from a cyberdawg documenting their travel right before they went missing. We didn’t have a GPS tracker and it’s imperative you identify the location the photo was taken.

The useful clue in the image was the truck text * US AIRPORTS. Searching that phrase gave the location 1299 Scottsville Rd, Rochester, NY 14624, United States.

That address is Greater Rochester International Airport. Its Wikipedia page lists the IATA code as ROC, so the flag was DawgCTF{ROC}.
